NOMA/Garrison thermostat - Display Problem

I can't finish programming these thermostats before the display disappears. If I press RESET, it comes back , but then the time is 12 hours off (0900) and I have to start all over, then the display goes away again before I can finish them. here is the [LINK] to the product. I have a different model in the bathroom and it works flawlessly since I bought it a few years ago.

This model:
052-2545-8
Compatible with electrical baseboards, convectors, and radiant ceiling heaters
7 day programming with 4 changes per day
Easy to read backlit LCD display - (The display also doesn't BACKLIGHT... ugh.)

Both thermostats are behaving the same...Please help.

NOMA/Garrison thermostat - Display Problem

I have the same exact problem. I noticed that the thermosta display turns off at the point the heater turns on.

Anyone has any idea?

NOMA/Garrison thermostat - Display Problem

Saw on another Canadian Tire web site reviews for this stat family and noticed that at least 1/2 of the 23 reviews were complaints in one way or another.
My swuggestion is return them and buy Whiote Rogers or Honeywell stats.
