Noisy Heat Pump

Is it normal for a heat pump to blow air so loudly that you can barely hear the TV? We own a Trane heat-pump, 5 ton with a 19 kw inside unit. When the fan kicks in it seems to be excessively loud. Any comments would be greatly appreciated

Noisy Heat Pump

Is this a new unit or an old one that has become noisier than in the past?
