no response from fan, central air or furnace


Connect the red wire from the thermostat directly to the R terminal of the board.

no response from fan, central air or furnace


All is good!! Prior to seeing your response I noticed the red wire was not going directly to the board but twisted to another red wire and exiting the furnace area. Well it went to the flotech something or another.... The damn thing was unplugged and must stop the current loop back to the board!

Good grief what a relief. Old Stat is back in place and the board was probably not needed. $85 later and hours of messing around its good.
