no power to ignitor


York P3HUB16 furnace will not light. pressure switch closes, all roll out switches good, not getting 115V from board to ignitor. if I connect ignitor to ii1v furnace will light and run as it should. assuming that relay in board isn't closing to send voltage to ignitor board is honeywell S9200U 1000. do I need to replace
