i dont know all that my furnace has a filter on top connected to a duct. i have an outside unit that has a fan and is responsible for the a/c and heat. my thermostat has a/c, off, heat, and em heat. my problem is when i turn my heat on it kicks on and blows but doesnt blow warm air at all. i dont understand why b/c everything looks to be working fine. i even put a new filter in it but still. over the course of last night i had the heat on all night set to 78 but the tempeture nevewr rose it actually dropped to 61. what can i check or do any suggestions would help i do have a child in the house.

With your very limited knowledge we are not going to be able to help you......call a local heating company, they have people on call who will be more then happy to come out and help you.

The model number is on a tag on the panel.
Pictures can be posted on this site using www.photobucket.com
If this is too complicated I agree with Harley, you should call in a pro.
