no gas to burner in furnace

Pilot light lit ok, had water in pilot light line??? had to clean orfice, now I can hear gas valve click and pilot light makes funny buzzing noise but burner does not light, no obvious gas buildup. reset thermostat lower and gas valve clicks as it drops out, and pilot light stops making noise. Also has a noisy fan relay that buzzes loudly as motor starts then reduces to low buzz after motor is up to speed. Suspect faulty gas valve is problem now, voltage across terminals is 26 vac, (print says 24 v transformer) when voltage applied. What is possibility of dis-asemble valve to repair and re-assemble.

no gas to burner in furnace

Furnace is in crawl space under house, standing pilot. Old furnace and owner broke most of time... Can't figure the water myself as pilot is higher than surounding area, suppose condensation may have hit pilot and put it out, then as it cooled it sucked water into line. Only thing I could envision. My thoughts about valve also as have done so in past, just seeing if anything I might have overlooked.
