no cycle


have a new utica mgb-100hid w/ elec ignition and a damper, damper opens ,circulator runs , no spark no flame

Is it a boiler? How new, does it have a warranty. Do you have gas to the house, any other gas burning appliances that work.

no cycle


the flue damper is not traveling its full stroke to close the burner cycle........put a channel locks on the damper rod sticking out the other side of the flue damper and continue to turn it......should hear a CLICK that is the ignitor.if it does come on set the damper to fulll open for now till you can check it out
