Newly installed Thermostat doesn't power on

Newly installed Thermostat doesn't power on


I'm not that retarded...
The thermostat does not require batteries, and I did switch the right C/B.
I am going to notify the Landlord and see what he wants to do about it.

Thanks for all the help...
I will update when I find out what the problem is.
Thank goodness I live in southern AZ and I don't need any heat or A/C this time of year.
