new wall heater no longer works

motomx Newbie   Join Date: Dec 2011 Posts: 1	new wall heater no longer works I have a new williams wall heater, it worked for two weeks, it now does not turn on, the pilot is on. Is it a bad sensor.

These heaters aren't real complicated. But being new, the "usual suspects" should be covered by warranty including labor. I'd be calling the shop you bought it from. hth

biggles Member     Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: Long Island Posts: 3,199	new wall heater no longer works remove the stat and jump the 2 wires within...nothing something bad stat.....find the wires within the furnace from the stat and put them together... nothing something wire from stat is broken/open..call the installer
