No you cannot. If you read the literature from either of the 2 units, it will state as such.
Your local venting code may vary, but here it's no vent within 10' of any window or door, or other venting apparatus such as bathroom exhaust, clothes dryers, kitchen fume hoods, through-wall a/c, etc...
