new furnace/ducts


I have electric heat I want to install a gas furnace and ductwork my house is a 1126 sq ft bunglow i want to start with the ductwork this year and install my furnace next year is it possable.I want to run a 1 way trunk i was told i need a 60000 btu furnace

try a web search for hvac calculator and manual d theres a few out there that have free trials that will hlep you find the heat/cooling load on your home and proper duct size. if you know any local contractors they may lay it out for you for a few bucks .be sure to check your local codes could save you alot of head achs if you sell the home
