new DD blower motor very loud, rubbing
 

Old blower motor died and I replaced it with a new one. It had a loud humming, if I push it towards one side it is quiet like normal. Also it seems like a whoomp, whoomp, whoomp and not a solid spinning noise.

Did you replace the capacitor?

Yes, previous motor didn't have a capacitor, ran new motor for 2 days without a capacitor until I was able to get the correct one. It's like its off center but I unscrewed and rescrewed everything back and same noise
