need to replace floor decking under furnace

I have an Intertherm forced air furnace that has had a problem of dripping condensation over last 4-5 years from the A coils down onto the fan/blower and then leaking on the floor. There is a pan under the blower but it is not a solid pan. The floor decking needs to be replaced under it. I would like to pull it out myself and replace the wood, put in a proper drip pan and replace. I have had it serviced every year by an authorized service company and nobody has been able to correct the condensation problem. One guy even called Intertherm to see if they had any ideas (did, but didn't work).I would also like to correct the dripping problem,if possible,as is a fire hazard. The unit is still in good working order and would rather not replace at this time.
Any suggestions/tips on pulling it out? Can't find a manual anywhere to show installation.
Thanks.

Can you post a picture of your furnace, so I can see it with a plenum and cold air boot?

I think you have to hire a contractor to pull out/replace this air handler, because you can’t cut the line set by yourself.

pay to have the thing taken out to the junk yard. then have something installed that wont leak water and cause health problems.

That would be correct the freon lines and A-coil has to have the freon pumped down and the line set cut to remove the furnace not something the average person has the tools and or knowledge to accomplish.
