need info on air compressor

Hi, I hope I'm posting in the right area, as I seen another air compressor post here.

I acquired a used air compressor and need a little info, as the info plate says Doerr (LR22132) and another Sears (pressure dial), etc, and I would like to find the owner's manual if possible. I also need to know if this compressor uses oil, as I don't see a place to put it.

I have pics of the info plates, etc. here:

Is this a home built machine, or from Sears? Thanks much.

See if there's a data plate on the compressor itself. The number you gave is for the motor.

Thanks for the responses kennzz05 and wirenut1110. The only other info tag I could find is on the area above the dial:

Nothing on the actual tank area itself, but it looks like there's residue from something being on there at one time.

I'll have to look where you said for the oil, I'll wait a couple of days to investigate, when temps should be at least in the somewhat tolerable 30's in my garage, not the brutal windy teens we have this weekend.

It appears to be a drain plug at the bottom right of the silver compressor pump. The horizontal plug is probably the drain plug and the vertical plug is the fill plug. There should be a data plate attached to the pump somewhere.
