Need Help with HQCO electric heater info

I have an issue with a HQCO heater (which I heard was actaully Heil???). The fan motor lost a bearing and after buying a replacement motor now the blower wheel appears pretty bent as once put together it won't rotate freely in the squirrel cage housing. Also, I now notice that the back plate of the housing is missing (which also contains the bearing for the end of the shaft of the motor). Where can I buy the blower wheel and back plate for the housing? Do I need to just buy an assembly minus the motor? Would there be a universal unit available, or do I buy a unit exactly made for this heater? Can anyone tell me the approximate age of this unit? Any info would be appreciated thank you.

HQCO Lewisburg, TN
Style# AMEO84A47
Model# 867.587 241
Ser# H05154854889
Mfr# SMEA084AH01
100 amp element
84,200 btu
rated 5 amp 1/3 hp motor
kw rating at 240 volts 24 67

Got this issue handled alone, thanks guys!
