Need Help With Furnace Install

I recently moved a new (one year old) York home furnace from one property to the other. I have the install mostly done but have encountered some issues. I am getting a trouble code of 4 red blinks, this says limit switch open, possibly dirty filter, improper ducting. My symptoms are as follows,

Turn thermostat on to heat with fan on auto, furnace doesn't start, if I push the safety switch on the furnace door, the furnace fires up, heats, runs, and turns off correctly. The exhaust blower continues to run no matter what position I use on the thermostat. Once the furnace is done running I have to again push the safety switch on furnace door to get it to fire again. My condensor for a/c sits directly on top of the furnace (this is the way it was with old furnace). I thought this was possibly not letting the correct amount of air pass? Any help would be great... it's getting cold in Wisconsin.

Need Help With Furnace Install

Now with removing some of my ductwork about the heating element I get the correct slow amber lights. But, I still have to keep turning the safety switch on and off to get the furnace to start again.... I am wondering if my duct work was too tight to the condensor not letting enough air flow out?

You need to remove the condenser from on top of the furnace and put it outside. Seriously.

Since it's a replacement how about some basic info. Gas pressure before and after gas valve in inches of water? Line voltage reads? When the furnace is on the air temp rise through the furnace is? Size and type of flue and how long? Furnace BTU's?

LOL Doc

Here is my unit.

The flue is a pvc one I ran. The previous furnace used a metal flue that was piped up the chimney with the water heater flue. The length of the flue is probably about 15-17 feet in length as I had to relocate it's exit of the home.
