Need help... Forced hot air nightmare - need some help please

OK. So, we bought a home and it turns out the previous owner apparently did all of the HVAC work himself, and had NO idea what he was doing. We have an oil fed forced hot air furnace that's really only partially connected. Some rooms have 0 returns and 4 feeds, some rooms have 0 of both, some rooms just have feeds, and in our basement we found 1/2 of the feeds/returns were never connected for god no what's reason. So, as a temporary fix, we capped them but really need a long term solution.

A while ago, I saw this system that allowed you to convert a typical forced hot air furnace to a system that feed your rooms with a pex like tubing in lieue of traditional metal ductwork. Can anyone give me more information on this solution please?

Don't know how easily you will be able to convert your existing equipment to a high velocity small duct system, but two of the main players in that segment are Unicool and Space Pak. You could google them and see if there is some adaptability or not.

concentrate on getting one supply per room block the others remove the grill and install plasticon the back of the grill... so you pinch it back in...seal the connections with brush on sealer.do you have a hallway return grill? or are the returns in each room IT back to the furnace....did you have and engineers report during contract check this place or what?do you have AC there also...
