Need to get part number and supplier

I have a ICP GNE100F14A1 furnace and the little black fan/rotor in the back of the inducer motor needs replacement. as the part holding onto the motor shaft is broken.

Could anyone please let me know where I can get this part?
It is stamped 8660-4117 but that part number brings up the whole inducer assembly.

Here is the picture of the inducer and I need the black circular disk.

Local HVAC dealers refuse to sell parts.

Thanks

You most likely won't find that part serviced separatly. The $100.00 price tag for that replacement is not too bad of a price. Maybe you could get lucky and find an installer that might have one laying around from a removed furnace. I used to keep odball parts like that untill my shop got so full I could not move.
