Need to find a new capacitor

So I'm about to move into a house, but part of the deal is that it comes as is (it's a great deal, trust me). So I check the AC, doesn't kick on, check the outside unit, and it has no capacitor. Really, none. Stolen? I've changed capacitors before at a maintenance gig, but we were always provided with a standard unit to switch out.

Can you guys help me find a capacitor that will work if I post the unit's specs? I'm not sure what's important, so I'm basically going to post the top half of the service panel:

Quote:
Model: CK24-1B
Serial #: 9410038199

AC Volts: 208/230
Phase: 1
Hz: 60

Voltage range: 197-253
Min circuit amps: 16.4
Max fuse amps: 25
Any help is greatly appreciated, even just an idea of what to look out for. Thanks guys.
