Need to attach B vent to wall heater

I have a Williams Monterey 35,000 BTU wall heater I'd like to hook up. It's going in a mobile home flush mounted on wall, metal roof, no attic. The heater has a 1 1/8 x 4 3/4" rectangular exhaust at top. My question is how to attach the oval B vent to the heater. I think a 5" oval to 4" round adapter will work but I need to know how to attach it to the heater outlet. Thanks

Is this a new install?
The manufacture will have an available square to round adaptor.

You probably won't get anyone on this site to recommend any questionable connections that may hurt someone.
