Question

My heater is clicking

Hi

I recently posted (12-05-09) a question in regards to my heater that kept cycling on and off but working well when on. It was suggested that i replace the thermostat (it is a 2004 trailer home with the cheap spring type thermo) I replaced it with a digital honeywell. The cycling on/off problem is fixed but there is a clicking noise from the closet with the unit. It heats well and blows correctly but with a "mechanical click" from the closet every five minutes or so. Any help?

thanks for your time,
Jack

Probably one of your sequencers cutting in and or energizing a fan relay with its element. Get it checked once a yr will prevent some expensive $$ repairs.
