Thanks. They'd rather have me get my contractor's license instead of hiring a local contractor.

Who am I to say no?

You know what the cool part of it was, the head man of the main remodeling company (they own the hvac company I work for) called me himself on my birthday and told me. What a cool present.

He is very nice and highly educated as well. Law, business and a few other degrees from what I understand.

This isn't to be like residential service calls or at least that side won't be advertised for some time. This is going to continue to be Bank of America and the realtor owned properties that need systems, mainly due to them being stolen. Thing is they just went from 3% of Texas to 100% of these homes. It's a rapidly expanding business contract on their part that needs keeping up with.

The business is already there. Pretty much they're setting me up for life or so it seems.

and they increased my weekly retainer, didn't even tell me about it. I went to the bank today and there was an extra $250 in there.

How cool is that? I knew they were talking about it, mentioned it to me a few weeks ago, but it actually happened.
