moving duct work

I have a non load bearing wall between living and dining room, that has a cold air return and heat duct running thru it. I want to remove the wall to open the space up. Any suggestions on how to reroute these possibly to an outside wall. Not sure how to upload photo.

If you put them in an outside wall, they will both need to be insulated.
