Monitor Oil Heater

I took on a charity job to install a used Monitor 4100 Oil Heater for a distant relative. It is about 12 years old??? (They think) and had been in storage for several years. You guessed it. It won't light. It goes thru the motions. Anyone know where I can find repair manuals, info or parts??? They love this thing.

No good deed goes unpunished.
Did you do the annual cleaning procedures?
