monitor heater won't regulate temp.

Our Monitor 22 has lost its ability to control the temperature of the room. The temp sensor is reading accurately on the display and we can set a desired temp, but unit continues to warm up past the desired temp - how far we do not know; we have let it warm the room up to 80 deg and then shut it down. This cycle has been going on for a few days. Any ideas for a home-done fix or does this unit need professional help? Dave

If your heater has an economy plus button make sure it's off.
