Monitor 441 heater

Looking for some ideas on how to fix my monitor. The heater heats up to temperature just fine. When it goes in to shut down after reaching temperature it stops working and goes into flash mode.

Any chance it was allow to run out of fuel just before this started happening so now there's air in the line.

The heater heats up to temperature just fine. I am assuming that would indicate that I do not have a fuel issue. I do not get error codes. I just see the flashing bars.
