Monitor 422 circulation fan failure

Hey guys, I am trying to repair my friend's Monitor 422. My first question is can anyone tell me where to find a copy of the service manual? Right now the issue seems to be that the circulation fan is not starting. It is not seized, but instead is not getting power from the main board. Is there a way to hardwire the connections to a different location(s) on the board or splice into? Or can someone tell me the functions of the black, red and yellow wires to the fan? The two fuses on the board are good, is there another protective device that may have shorted out that I should check?

Thanks for any help you can give me.

No, the owners guide is too vague for this problem and says call in a tech, which just isn't an option.
