moisture in area of blower


Daughter had a new natural gas fa installed in june. now there is a small amount water comming out of the furance when running with temp in 30s.i opened the lower cover and there was mosture in that compartment where the blower is. The unit is sitting on the floor. The filter was dirty but not to bad. Suggestions Thanks in advance 3303

moisture in area of blower


The filter would not be the cause but if it is dirty it needs to be changed especially in a gas furnace. Have the company that installed it come back out and look at it. There should not be any moisture in that chamber.
