Modine garage heater


On my garage heater there is T1 and T2 are those the connections that go to my thermostat R and W? Model # for heater is PD 75AAo111 and on the side there is a wiring code number which is 5H73095C2 and when i google that it will direct me to that site but it still does not explain how to.Any help would be awesome Thanks....
