Ok. I'll try to get them up as soon as I can.

Mobile Home Furnace Problem

I'm pointing at the switch. The 2 wires that go into it when hardwire, the fan works but blows cold air. When the switch is hooked up, fan does not turn on.

Sorry about pic size. Didn't think my phone cam would leave it that big

In the small box on the left, is there a relay?

The fan switch is a temp activated switch, it has to sense 110 degree temp before it will bring on the fan.

Not sure. Want me to take a pic of everything?

The pilot doesn't seem like its hot enough to heat up the blower switch.

The pilot shouldn't generate enough heat to start the blower. Your furnace may have a sequencer/timer in that left side, also.

Its a relay, often used to control a fan. Attempting to arc it can cause more damage to your transformer, so don't attempt it again.

I hate to say this but you have gone beyond your ability to correct your problem.
I believe that you have a problem that would be easy and cheap to fix but at this point you can only make the problem worse. Please call you HVAC repair guy,it shouldn't be an expensivwe fix.
