What's needed in the wall before installation? I see in manual ref lines, 220 power, drain line... Is there control/thermostat wire needed also? I can't find specific requirement...
Thanks!

All the lines, drain, power are buried in the new wall, set to go. Blocking in place to hold evap. Is there low voltage communication wire involved here? What controls cond unit outside? Pressure?

if the transformer is in the evaporator section you need stat wire pull to the condenser and the thermostat so the stat can control the evap and condenser heat or cooling

What controls the outside unit? Pressure? No.
Most of those units are wireless remote thermostat operated which controls everything from the inside.
