Default miller oil furnace not kicking on.......

Hi, well i fixed everything to keep the furnace running and going great but when the burner kicks on and begins to burn the fuel, the fan doesnt start until the burner stops when it reaches the temperature that it is set on the burner limit switch. is my fan limit switch faulty or is there something else that im not seeing?? other than that it will start and run but not start the fan until it reaches the temperature on the switch. then while the fan is running when the temp drops, the burner fires back up again. i was told the fan should start up no later than 20-30 secs after the burner starts due to the fact that i am losing heat out the stack. any suggestions?? heres a challenge for CARRIERMAN any answers or suggestions is greatly welcome and can e-mail me at ... jamwaves@hotmail.com if easier to explain or ask any questions. thank you for all and any help
