miller oil furnace

I have recently almost rebuilt my miller oil furnace in our trailer, everything is new but after the furnace runs and the blower runs and shuts off in a few minutes you will hear a clang (like someone hitting metal with a hammer) not real loud though. I replaced all gaskets the fiber fire box, the plate gasket, nozzle, electrodes flue pipe. Can anyone help me?
