Miller Furnace Question
Could someone please tell me the proper way to adjust the electrodes on a Miller MC80 trailer furnace? It has a Wayne Eagle One oil burner Model
M-EG1. I have a blue plastic tool that you slide over the nozzle and then slide the electrodes into a corner for the 80 degree setting. The problem is that it seems the electrodes are touching the cone ,I rotated both of them down to clear the cone ,but I am concerned they will be to close to the oil spray. Also should the nozzle be even with the face of the cone? Thanks , Doug |

Miller Furnace Question
1/8 ahead of nozzle , 1/2 above center of nozzle, 1/8 gap between electrodes
there should be an arrow on the side of the burner chassis to line up the draw assembly, if thats missing I beleive the electrodes are set to 1/4 behind the end cone- the above settings should make it run just fine- Last edited by Mainah; 01-19-2008 at 06:48 AM. |
