Ayuh,... How full of Crud is the oil Filter,..??

It had a lot of crud but I cleaned it and took the pump apart and cleaned it also

even Though i cleaned it thoroughly, it almost seems to act like a clogged carburator.

Ayuh,... Then I'd Replace the pump, 'n the fuel Filter element...

How to get air out of the system

hey BradJ did you ever figure out your problem will your Miller Furnace? MagicPatrick1 on youtube has the Anatomy of Oil Burner Service. If you have a filter it could be the oil filter you need to remove the nut at the top of it to drop it down and get the air out of there but according to the video do NOT touch the bleader on that if there is sludge in that unit clean it out and replace oil filter then close back up and then try to blead through blead tube. I'm telling you what the video states I am not a expert but alot of information he has given has been right on. If you own a beckette burner AF I can give you more inform if needed Let me know. I wish you the best.
