Michigan contractors I need some assistance

Uncle Clover is the same.

Since I am now running Uncle Clover's business I need some in put concerning regional system margins.
I have three bids to go on but I am a tech, not an salesman. They are regular customers so I don't expect to crash and burn.

If any of you can give me some input (info I need would not be appropriate for open DIY discussion board) please PM me or post for me to PM you.
