Masonary wall penetration
There may be a tool for that size hole. I once had a contractor drill a 4 inch diameter by 6 inch hole through solid concrete. Check with tool rental companys. When I had it done years ago, the contractor charged $60.00 and it was cheaper then renting the tool. I believe you have to rent both the drill motor and the special diamond bit.
I justed check my tool rental book and what you need is called a core drill. This tool can cut holes from 1/2 to 10 inches. There's a company called United Rentals in my area that has it. Go to unitedrentals.com for one near you. Or check the yelow pages for "concrete cutting and core drilling" for a contractor.
