Default luxaire or keeprite

H i I had similar price quotes on KEEPRITE DLX95 and LUXAIRE 9.S both installers seem to know what there doing, does anyone have any insight what may be a better purchase, they both have 10yr warranty but heard alot of horror stories with new furnaces. Also is a furnace with Psc motor not a good choice , should I get a higher model with 2 stage .Thanks

That Keeprite (ICP) has a stainless steel secondary heat exchanger according to the manual. I do not see this claim with that Luxaire (York).

Pehaps someone else can offer more information.
