light gas pilot

How do I light the pilot for Goodman heater, model #GD880703AXCB?

light gas pilot

not knowing the unit i go that its a standard relite ..if it is a standing pilot set the gas valve to pilot push down and light the pilot area(main gas will not come on ) till the pilot holdsas you release the push down dial then you turn the valve to ON with the stat callingmain burner.... if it doesn't light no big deal stat isn't calling.thin stick with match taped to it makes for east reach in when lighting the pilot deep in the burner section....
