My lenox circuit board is blinking two red lights ,fan operates sometime,compressor not starting

Look on the panel cover at the error code. And post what the code means.

You may want to try a web search for your model number, if you haven't already. I found tech data on my 15 year old carrier system on the web. You just never know what you will find.
