Lennox Whisper Heat G20 not starting

Hi all,

I've tried everthing that I can think of, but my furnance just won't come on! It's a "Whisper Quiet" Model G20 2002E-50 manufactured in 92, about 20 years old.. I've turned off the gas flow, power, and thermostat and turned everything back on (after 5 minutes) with the thermostat cranked to 90 degrees. Still won't come on. I've checked the lower panel and the safety switch is being depressed correctly with the panel installed. I don't seem to hear any motor hum like i hear from the other next to it. Deems dead!

Any thoughts? I have the replaced the Honeywell ignitor S8660 auto ignition system about 6-8 years ago and as far as I know, it's an electric starter, meaning that there isn't a pilot light that runs continuously.
Is there a place I can locate a service manual?

Thanks in advance for any insights!

Thanks for the help, it's much appreciated. I could of popped something yesterday when i was looking at the filter.
Is there a fuse on these anywhere, I couldn't see any on the circuit board in the lower compartment?
I have two g20's side by side, with master power switches above and the little larger one is working fine, so I don't think they'd be on separate breakers at the panel?

if the board is original...no.fuse. newer boards may have one and they would look like automotive fuses.

check for 24 volts between R and C on the board with the door switch pressed in.if none you may have blown the transformer. cozyparts.com has some manuals on their page.

If no sound at all then I'd be checking if the furnace is getting 120V.

If the furnace has 120V then turn down thermostat and jumper R & W thermostat connections on the furnace board to bypass and test the thermostat & it's wire circuit. Furnace door switch needs to be pressed in for this.

The very start of this furnace cycle is the opening of the motorized door. No sound at all would have me check if the circuit that powers the combustion door motor is getting 24V.
