could be any of a dozen different things. it should have the heat exchanger pressured tested by a Lennox tech to see if it is not cracked or leaking. he can check the diaphram at that time. that furnace has obsolete parts so I would recommend a new one.

Yuri is correct on this one this particular furnace was a problem and recalled at one point. Have it pressure tested by a certified tech it is possible that the welds have broken and it needs to be replaced.

I have found over the years that the only techs that would willingly work on a pulse, would be the ones who understood the sequence of its operation, and Quite frankly its not that much different from any other condensing furnace. It has a inducer motor, it has spark ignition and a flame sensor, It has a fan/limit and some of them have a fan timer board to bring on and turn off the blower. Most younger techs fear what they do not know, i always looked at it as a chance to learn something new.
