Lennox G61 quote, also water heater and ac

I have a Lennox Diplomat gas furnace and a Bradford-White gas water heater, both are 18 years old, and have been problem free. But I don't want to push my luck and would rather replace them now than risk an emergency repair or replacement in the middle of winter.

Got a quote as follows:

Lennox G61MPV 70K BTU 95% efficiency furnace
Bradford-White 40 gal gas water heater power vent
install new venting through the wall, remove old venting
new condensate pump
new air filter system to replace electrostatic filter

Total is 6200, but after rebates from gas company, income tax and Lennox the price would be 5400.

They would replace the ac, also 18 years old, with a 2.5T Lennox 13ACX-030 for 3000 more.

Does this sound about right?

Warranty on parts is:
furnace - 10 yrs, but limited lifetime on heat exchanger
water heater - 6 yrs
ac - 5 years

They include only one year labor, which seems too short to me, I would prefer 5 years.

You can buy an extended warranty from Lennox thru a co. called Complete Care/Equiguard. That furnace is EXTREMELY reliable having been around for 8 yrs or more and has no more wrinkles to iron out. My co. has sold many thousands of them. Prices sound good and Bradford makes a good water heater. The XC series of AC are quite a bit quieter and have a 10 yr warranty on the compressor. I prefer them. Nothing wrong with the ACX but it sounds the same as your average Goodman or other brands. Smart idea to get rid of the furnace now as future repairs are expensive.
