Lennox g40uh replaced control board with 83m00

I need some help please. I replaced my SureLight control board in my Lennox g40uh furnace with Surelight 83m00 control board. I turn the power on and get the display 1 and display 2 lights blinking together. However, nothing comes on. The only thing that did not get moved from the old board to the new board was a fuse that was plugged into the old board. I did not see a place to put it in the 83m00 board.

Is the door switch depressed?
Did you connect the stat wiring?
Is the stat calling for fan, heat or cooling?

Does the fan start when you jumper R to G?
Does the induced draft motor start when you jumper R to W?
Do you have a digital camera so that you can post pictures of your wiring?

where did you get the board? I am 95% sure it is the wrong one. G40 uses a different voltage /size igniter than the G50 and others that can use that retrofit board. cozyparts.com for lennox parts
