Lennox Elite Series - right fast flashing light. Need Help

Okay, as you will quickly find, I am not a handy guy but I can really use some help.
I have a Lennox Elite series furnace. It ran fine last night, for the first time this season.
When I woke this morning, it was not running. The right side light was blinking fast.
I turned the unit off and then back on. When it turned back on, both lights were blinking fast and it sounded like the unit cycled some water. Then the right fast blinking light came on again.

The unit never fired up and the blower never came on. I replaced the filter just to see if it would help. It did not.

What do I check next?

Post the complete model and series#. Look at the list of codes on the sticker on the front or back of the lower door.

Drain the water from the intake and exhaust pipes. Have any kids that felt that the pipe on the side of the house for the furnace needed watered?

The tech that did the pre-season check pointed out that if our Lennox does not start, pull the intake pipe and if it starts then, then it is a clog in the intake piping from outside. Other is pulling the drain plug from the box on the side, and let the water drain out, then see if it starts & cycles.
