leaking plenum box

Assuming you mean a condensate leak there's a few things to do. Blow out the drain lines, take the drain pipe off of the coil and clean it. A cupp of bleach once a month keeps the crud from building up in those lines.

Check the filter, blower wheel and bottom side of the coil for dirt in case the water is from freezing up.
