Laars mini-thermo ll zone heating problem


Hello,
residential gas-fired hydronic boiler Mini-thermo ll model jv 50-225,
having problem warming up all 5 zones in the house, after checking out all wirings, found 1 broken connection to ( transformer relay ?) repaired wiring
& now seems all 4 zones working with exception of upstair ( 2 bedroom & washrooms) this zone is now the only one not getting warm, honeywell wall mount thermostat set at max. still not respondingboiler is cycling as
usual, hot water is working, now what, please help if any ? Thanks
