Klimaire Circuit board burnt...

Hello All,
Brand new to this DIY site. I have a Klimaire KSIM40912-H216 (4 zone) system who's heat system is not working. I can hear it calling for heat but unit shuts down after a few minutes. I uncovered the interior main (green) circuit board on the outdoor unit. There I found 4 blue, plastic covered, what appear to be relays. Three of them are badly charred on the outside and the green board where they are attached is charred as well. I presume I will have to change out that board, and soon, it's getting cold at night and Mama, she don't lika da cold . I've taken a few pictures of the burned items/circuit board and can post them if necessary. What I need to know right now is, how/where do I get the numbers/brand needed to obtain a replacement board? There are a couple of sets of numbers on the board. What should I be looking for specifically?
Secondly, what might these 4 small (1/2 in wide, 1 in long 3/4 tall) blue "relays" really be and how could they have burned up? Could the last service tech I had have fried them some how? Thanks for what ever anyone can do in the way of answers.

You need model and serial number of the unit. Klimaire seems to sell on many sites on the internet. So one of those sellers will probably sell that board also.

Relays could have burnt out due to an electrical surge.

BeenThere (and others),
Thanks for the info. Do you have any suggestions for distributors? When you say "electrical surge" could that have been via a thunder storm lighting strike nearby? Thanks.

Lightening strikes can do it.

Not a brand that I deal with, so no idea on distributors.
