Jug of R11 - 30 PSI @ 50 degrees F, Contaminated???

I came across a partial jug of Racon R11. It measures 30 PSIG at 50 degrees F. (chart says saturated pressure of R11 should be more like 12 PSIG at 50 degrees).

I'm assuming it's contaminated. (possibly with R12)

Assuming my readings are accurate would you concur?
