Janitrol A32-10 Heat element and blower will not shut off

Hello, I recently purchas a home and it has this old Janitrol a32-10. It was working great until a week ago it just stop working properly. The heater and blower keep on running even when the T-Stat is on Auto and cool. I have replaced it with a honeywell T-Stat but still same issue. It does not have a control boad but has a sequencer and blower fan relay. I think it is one of these that is stuck. Can someone help me troubleshoot this? I have try to find a manual but could not locate it.
